In-game Name: Zakk
Age: 19
Experience: I have had many experiences as a respected staff member on numerous servers. my first important rank was Moderator on a server called Decipher a few years ago, I remained Moderator there for a while before being promoted to Admininistrator shortly before it was shut down. I was the sole owner of Salancia throughout 2015, this server peaked at about 90 before I shut it down due to personal reasons. I was also the owner of a server called rapidpk, a ruse based server where PKing was the source of loot. The server was shut down to merge with another community but I later resigned as owner due to having to focus on my VCE studies. Prior to being owner on two very successful servers I had a number of jobs moderating smaller servers and being support. Throughout my time I dealt with situations such as scamming, cheating, exploits and most of all, allowing the community to expand and run smoothly.
Leedlescape history (if applicable): No History with Leedlescape although I do know ex devs
Reasons why you think you would be a good staff member: I believe I would be a strong member of the staff because I do my job with maturity and respect. I do not value riches and hierarchy over ideas such as respect and my ability to solve problem so that both parties are dealt with. I have high tolerance for immature kids who run a muck on servers and I am capable of dealing with any sort of encounters. May it also be assisting with programming as I have coded Java and html for over 5 years.
Post count on Forums: idk like 3?
Community Support (need at least three known players): I know Diablo, Beemo, and some guy who's name I can't spell, riyaco or something

Although i don't know you yet or at least can't remember you, i have to express my opinion which is a no at this moment. Why you may wonder?
1. no history with leedlescape: makes me wonder how much knowledge you have of the server to help players with questions involving in-game/forums/donating 2. Post count/forums activity: you haven't really been active a lot around the forums which is in my opinion a requirement for being a staff member, you aren't only there to support people in-game but also on the forums. 3. The community support as you stated it makes me think you misunderstood the question with 'known' players you know, or people actually supporting you as a staff member.

Thanks William for the feedback, however, as for statement no. 1, yes you are right, I do not have direct affiliation with the server prior to only recently, although the server is not complex and does not require 'much knowledge' in which may assist one in helping players. As far as forums/donating goes, I have been in the RSPS scene for over 5-6 years and have dealth with these issues as I have matured. I highly doubt having no history with Leedlescape implies I am unfit for a position. 2. Post count does not and never will determine if one is fit for a position on the staff board. Post count merely represents how much someone posts and replies to posts. for example, moderating has no relationship with a post count therefore his/her chances of obtaining a position should not be dependant on a figure of how many posts he/her has made. 3. Yes I did not entirely understand that question as it made no sense to me in why it would help Beemo make a decision on his staff members. Although, the players I mentioned I have met and had thorough conversations with. Yes you are correct, they probably don't support me and probably don't even have an opinion on the subject for that matter. anyway, thanks for the feedback mate I will take it on board. hope to see you in game soon

I think you've taken your time making this application which is more than most people do, however I would suggest that you hang around for a while and get to know more about the server before submitting an application. If you don't know basic monster drops, xp rates or useful tips/hints then promoting someone in your position would actually make my job harder, since I would have to not only answer your questions about the server but normal players.
Having said that I do think you could possibly be considered as a candidate in the future, however at this time you do not meet the requirements. Also, you need to ask people directly before you put down their names for a recommendation. I didn't say I would vouch for you, and if you would have asked me I would have basically just told you to wait to submit it.
Thank you for applying, however at this time the application is denied.
